Branch General Manager

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability and align branch operations with financial goals
• Drive sales growth through customer relationship development and market expansion
• Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing branch team focused on safety and service
• Optimize service center operations, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams toward common goals
• Analytical and financial acumen with forecasting and budgeting expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP and C4C (CRM) experience preferred
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
