Branch Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Team in creating innovative heavy-lift and heavy-transport solutions
• Perform jobsite walk downs to procure information for solution development
• Provide project engineering support to contracted work
• Create support materials such as reference charts and Excel templates
• Develop fabrication drawings and perform design calculations
• Develop load test plans and participate in field testing for new equipment
• Function as field technical liaison for critical lifts, including risk management and safety evaluations
• Develop documentation for gear including specification sheets and maintenance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in construction
• Experience using AutoCAD
• Experience with crane and rigging operations
• Excellent mechanical reasoning and math applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and pass a drug test/background check
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel/work overtime
