Branch Director

Responsibilities

• Maintain and increase branch profitability through client prospecting, acquisition, and placement of financial products.
• Consolidate the current market and grow the client base to increase loyalty and market share.
• Visit clients and prospects to generate new business opportunities.
• Detect client needs and provide expert advice on financial products and services, including quotes and simulations.
• Promote and close sales of institutional products while maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and retain profitable clients through cross-selling and high-quality service.
• Supervise integral branch operations, including service levels, administrative processes, and operational compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Titulado) in Finance, Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis.
• Valid and current AMIB certification.
• High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
