Branch Director

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the branch team and available resources in Xalapa, Veracruz.
• Define and implement operational and commercial strategies to promote financial products.
• Drive the sale of financial products to achieve institutional goals for deposits and lending.
• Maximize the level of service provided to customers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Oversee branch activities to ensure alignment with organizational growth targets.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field (Mandatory).
• Proven experience in customer service and advisory for business/corporate clients (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of financial products and the RRAA and SME (Pyme) segments.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, prospecting, and sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving.
