Branch Customer Service Representative - Summer Student

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful service to customers by directing telephone and walk-in inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Assist with the sales, maintenance, and inventory management of respiratory products and services.
• Create and manage appointments for therapeutics and diagnostics using scheduling software.
• Assist clients with questions regarding insurance requirements and funding programs.
• Maintain client confidentiality and protect sensitive company information.
• Support healthcare professionals with administrative functions and documentation.
• Contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to safety rules and reporting unsafe practices.
• Assist in managing equipment, including warranty, maintenance, and repair for internal and customer-owned devices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
