Branch Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, providing a welcoming and supportive experience.
• Answer inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and manage communications via multi-line phone systems.
• Coordinate timely equipment delivery by partnering with branch and sales teams.
• Collect required documentation and secure health plan authorizations to ensure insurance compliance.
• Review patient accounts to maximize health plan benefits and accelerate access to care.
• Perform equipment functionality testing to ensure quality and readiness.
• Proactively follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address outstanding needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Two years of experience in an office, healthcare, or call center environment.
• Proficiency with multi-line phone systems.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull items weighing between 10 and 40 pounds.

• Strong customer service skills and a professional bedside manner.
• Proven ability in time management and adaptability.
• Experience navigating insurance guidelines and health plan authorizations.
