Branch Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, providing a welcoming and supportive experience.
• Manage inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and provide clear information to patients and referral sources.
• Coordinate timely equipment delivery by partnering with the branch and sales teams.
• Collect required documentation and secure health plan authorizations to ensure insurance compliance.
• Review patient accounts to maximize health plan benefits and accelerate access to care.
• Perform equipment functionality testing to ensure quality and readiness.
• Proactively follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address outstanding needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Two years of experience in an office environment, healthcare setting, or call center.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proficiency in Spanish (reading and speaking).
• Experience utilizing multi-line phone systems.
• Intermediate computer skills and strong time management abilities.
