Branch Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients arriving in person and handle inbound calls via a multi-line phone system.
• Process new orders, verify insurance coverage, and obtain necessary authorizations based on payer guidelines.
• Coordinate with sales teams, providers, and referral sources to gather required documentation for billing.
• Perform data entry, monitor incoming faxes, and manage patient accounts to ensure timely service.
• Collect credit card payments, reconcile daily receivables, and manage billing information.
• Conduct outbound customer satisfaction calls to patients and referrals.
• Assist with technical tasks such as downloading data from respiratory equipment or performing functional tests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills with the ability to work within multiple systems simultaneously.
• Intermediate level math skills.
• Strong communication skills for interacting in person, over the phone, and electronically.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in an office environment, healthcare setting, or call center.
• Experience utilizing a multi-line phone system.
