Branch Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, providing a welcoming and supportive experience.
• Answer inbound calls, resolve questions, and provide clear information to patients.
• Coordinate with the branch team to ensure timely equipment delivery and meet patient needs.
• Partner with sales teams and referral sources to collect documentation and secure health plan authorizations.
• Review patient accounts to maximize health plan benefits and accelerate access to care.
• Proactively follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address outstanding needs.
• Test equipment functionality to ensure quality and readiness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Two years of experience in an office, healthcare, or call center environment.
• Experience utilizing a multi-line phone system.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Intermediate computer skills and strong time management.

• Strong customer service skills and a professional bedside manner.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for in-person, phone, and electronic interactions.
