Branch Complex Director

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations within Wealth and Investment Management to drive organic and inorganic growth
• Recruit, retain, and coach experienced Financial Advisors to build a robust talent pipeline
• Manage P&L, expenses, and resource allocation for the assigned branch complex
• Drive financial outcomes including net asset flows, lending balances, and same-store sales
• Foster a culture of high employee engagement and exceptional client service
• Partner with market leadership and centers of excellence to execute strategic vision
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and day-to-day workflow within the branches

Requirements

• 10+ years of Financial Advisory experience (or equivalent experience/education)
• 4+ years of management or leadership experience
• Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 examinations

• Proven track record of coaching advisors and driving business growth
• Ability to recruit and retain high-performing financial talent
• Experience managing large, diverse teams and multiple simultaneous initiatives
• Strong ability to identify and manage risk while adhering to governance processes
• Skilled at partnering with key stakeholders to resolve complex client concerns
