About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for branch operations related to CPAP therapy and respiratory equipment
- Deliver friendly customer service to walk-in and phone inquiries, directing clients to the appropriate staff
- Assist with CPAP inventory, supply sales, scheduling, and follow-up appointments
- Support billing and accounts receivable tasks, including payment posting and remittance forms
- Prepare, scan, file, and maintain client, funding, shipping, and maintenance documentation
- Perform daily office duties such as phone coverage, mail handling, database updates, and month-end support
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration or a call centre
- 1-3 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High school completion required
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in administration, medical office assistant, or a related field
- Experience with insurance providers
- Familiarity with healthcare or respiratory equipment operations
