Branch Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer support for sleep apnea treatments, oxygen, and respiratory services.
• Act as the first point of contact for telephone and walk-in inquiries, providing general information and educational materials.
• Manage electronic patient files by contacting referral sources and customers to obtain necessary information.
• Schedule therapeutic and diagnostic appointments within the electronic scheduling system.
• Assist clients with questions regarding insurance requirements and funding programs.
• Support branch operations through inventory maintenance, equipment management, and adherence to financial processes.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Assist healthcare professionals with administrative functions and documentation.

Requirements

• College Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in Office Administration or a Call Center environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong data entry skills and general computer literacy.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer service needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingualism is considered an asset.
