Branch Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the Branch Office, including automotive, member services, travel agency, and insurance products
• Manage sales and service activities to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals, including revenue growth and member retention
• Execute business plan actions to ensure service quality, cost controls, and compliance with Club standards
• Develop and lead a high-performing team through standardized sales techniques, performance coaching, and training
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in travel and insurance operations while maintaining branch audit compliance

Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in branch operations and/or successful insurance sales
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable DMV record
• Ability to pass a background check and urinalysis drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or managerial experience
• BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
