Branch Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the branch, including member services, travel agency, and insurance products
• Plan and direct strategic sales for insurance, membership, and travel agency growth
• Manage branch staff by recruiting, training, coaching, and conducting performance appraisals
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative goals related to revenue growth, member retention, and service quality
• Ensure branch compliance with audit standards and Club policies to protect assets
• Monitor budget expenses to ensure the branch operates within approved limits
• Represent the Club's image and reputation within the local community and professional organizations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-9 years of branch operations or related experience
• Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License in the selling state
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable DMV record and minimum liability insurance
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience
