Branch Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the branch, including sales and service for automotive, member services, travel, and insurance products
• Plan and direct strategic business plans to drive insurance premium growth, membership retention, and travel agency revenue
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff while managing performance appraisals, coaching, and professional development
• Analyze member satisfaction and quality standards to identify and implement service improvements
• Ensure branch compliance with audit standards, marketing guidelines, and safety protocols
• Manage branch expenses and budgets to ensure efficient operations and cost control
• Represent the Club's image and reputation within the local community and professional organizations

Requirements

• 7-9 years of progressive experience in Branch Operations or Sales
• Advanced leadership and managerial skills
• Advanced organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable DMV record
• Property and Casualty Insurance License valid in the selling state

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-6 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Experience with Club-specific systems such as MRM Portal, STAT, or Travel Portals
