About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operation of the branch, including sales and service for automotive, member services, travel, and insurance products
- Plan and direct strategic business plans to drive insurance premium growth, membership retention, and travel agency revenue
- Recruit, interview, and hire staff while managing performance appraisals, coaching, and professional development
- Analyze member satisfaction and quality standards to identify and implement service improvements
- Ensure branch compliance with audit standards, marketing guidelines, and safety protocols
- Manage branch expenses and budgets to ensure efficient operations and cost control
- Represent the Club's image and reputation within the local community and professional organizations
Requirements
- 7-9 years of progressive experience in Branch Operations or Sales
- Advanced leadership and managerial skills
- Advanced organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable DMV record
- Property and Casualty Insurance License valid in the selling state
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-6 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Experience with Club-specific systems such as MRM Portal, STAT, or Travel Portals
