Branch Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and negotiable instrument processing
• Maintain compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate digital tools or banking solutions
• Greet customers and provide hospitality-focused service within the branch space
• Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree
• 2+ years of Retail or customer-facing experience
• Proficiency in G-Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills
