Branch Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a high-quality banking experience
• Perform transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals
• Monitor fraud mitigation and adhere to operational policies and procedures
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently to enhance retention and engagement
• Educate customers on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online experiences
• Identify personal and business financial needs and connect customers with experts
• Support cash handling and rotate throughout the branch based on customer needs
• Travel between branches in the assigned local area as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
• Ability to travel between local branches

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• 2+ years of retail, sales, or banking experience
