Branch Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and negotiable instrument processing, with 100% accuracy
• Maintain a compliance-first mindset by adhering to all security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, including mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
• Identify client needs through active listening and recommend appropriate digital tools or banking solutions
• Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting customers and managing the flow of the community banking hub
• Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree
• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience
• Proficiency in G-Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills
