Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative areas of branch operations to ensure efficiency
- Oversee the hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and performance management of branch support staff
- Oversee all transactional banking functions
- Maintain high levels of internal and external client service
- Adhere to compliance and audit requirements while maintaining branch profitability
Requirements
- Experience in the securities industry
- CIRO Investment Representative (IR) or Registered Representative (RR) approval
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Ability to provide professional and respectful client service
