About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage branch support staff by providing coaching, performance management, and workload oversight
- Ensure high-quality branch operations, including cage operations and facility security
- Manage new issues by monitoring branch allocations and reconciling placements with Head Office
- Implement procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies, privacy, and anti-money laundering requirements
- Administer branch client accounts and resolve client issues effectively
- Support the Branch Manager with expense management and budget monitoring
- Provide leadership to foster a positive team environment and drive employee engagement
Requirements
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Investment Industry
- Mandatory certifications: CSC, CPH, and IRT
- Proven management experience, including handling direct reports and complex people management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a support staff position
- Spanish language skills
