About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, support and provide assistance to sales support staff within QLD
- Review customer orders for new and second-hand lift trucks
- Oversee end-to-end order management, forecasting, invoicing, reporting and general administration
- Ensure the Workshop schedule is up to date and aligned with sales forecasts
- Troubleshoot issues delaying invoicing or delivery and support month-end sales activity
- Process job cards and warranty job cards
- Manage parts department weekly cycle count
Requirements
- Experience in administration
- High level of organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Team Leader experience is desired but not essential
