BPS Practice Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive BPS sales for assigned accounts to meet revenue growth targets and industry vertical goals
• Strengthen IT account relationships and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Lead the creation of proposals, manage negotiations, and secure approvals for non-standard terms
• Act as a trusted IT advisor and participate in clients' strategic planning processes
• Collaborate across Wipro units to promote high-value services and increase overall revenue
• Conduct regular delivery reviews with teams and clients to ensure SLA compliance and satisfaction
• Report account progress and strategic updates to key stakeholders

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in consulting or System Integration (SI) organizations
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a sales role
• Direct experience managing Business Process Services (BPS) sales
• Strong ability to lead complex negotiations and proposal development
• Willingness to travel as required by the role
