About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support for US and UK markets
- Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US regions
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Provide technical support services to consumers and small businesses
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
- Ability to handle payment processing and call closures
- Immediate availability to join
- Experience in international voice processes
