Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound technical support for US and UK markets
  • Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US regions
  • Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
  • Provide technical support services to consumers and small businesses

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
  • Ability to handle payment processing and call closures
  • Immediate availability to join
  • Experience in international voice processes
