- Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
- Handle technical queries via voice process
- Maintain high service standards in a night shift environment
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to work night shifts
- Immediate availability to join
- Age between 18 to 30 years
