Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Tech Support for US & UK markets
  • Act as a Web Consultant for AUS market
  • Manage UK Telecom Call Blocker processes
  • Provide technical support and customer assistance

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • BPO experience preferred
  • At least 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
  • Ability to join immediately
  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree
