Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound Tech Support for US & UK markets
- Act as a Web Consultant for AUS market
- Manage UK Telecom Call Blocker processes
- Provide technical support and customer assistance
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- BPO experience preferred
- At least 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
