About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
- Handle voice process inquiries regarding computing and communications devices
- Deliver high-quality technical assistance via phone
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to work night shifts
- Ability to join immediately
- Age between 18 to 30 years
