About the role
Responsibilities
- Personal care and daily assistance including showering and diaper changes
- Administration of tube feeding via nutrition pump
- Lung treatment including cough machine and CPAP/BIPAP
- Play, interaction, and providing a safe presence
- Collaboration with the mother and providing respite care
Requirements
- Reliable, calm, and caring personality
- Ability to communicate in Norwegian and some English
- Good physical health
- Non-smoker/non-vaper
- Ability to use a car due to limited public transport
- Ability to present a clean police certificate
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare or BPA (user-controlled personal assistance)
