About the Company

Mio BPA provides support through User-Controlled Personal Assistance (BPA), helping individuals with disabilities lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Responsibilities

• Engage in play both indoors and outdoors
• Assist with eating, including tube feeding via gastric button
• Provide personal care, including diaper changes and dressing/undressing
• Assist with communication using eye-controlled Tobii devices and symbols
• Use assistive devices such as standing frames, work chairs, and wheelchairs
• Help with homework and practical household tasks
• Accompany the child and family on outings and adventures

Requirements

• Good Norwegian language skills
• Ability to provide a clean police certificate
• Reliable, patient, and engaged personality
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Willingness to learn about motor development and speech technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Driver's license (Class B)
