BPA Assistant

Responsibilities

• Help with dressing and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and engaging conversation
• Assist with meals
• Perform practical household tasks
• Assist with mobility using person lifts
• Accompany the user in a wheelchair during outdoor activities
• Assist with respiratory aids such as nebulizers and cough machines
• Provide night assistance including evening care, bedtime routines, and monitoring via alert systems

Requirements

• Valid police certificate
• Fluency in Norwegian
• No allergy to cats
• Comfortable with medical-technical equipment (training provided)
• Calm, reliable, and responsible personality
• Outgoing and enjoys conversation
• Practical mindset
• Driver's license (preferred for on-call/day/evening shifts)
