About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage in play, activities, and stimulation
- Assist with daily care and hygiene
- Handle diaper changes in a safe and calm manner
- Provide relief for the mother in daily life
- Assist with nighttime needs such as diaper changes or finding pacifiers
Requirements
- Strong desire to work with children
- Ability to build good relationships
- Proficiency in spoken and written Norwegian
- Ability to present a police certificate
- Flexible and reliable
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with BPA (User-Controlled Personal Assistance)
- Personal suitability and good chemistry with the family
