About the role
Responsibilities
- Be a source of support and security throughout the day
- Assist with daily activities including personal hygiene, dressing, and toilet visits
- Pick up and drop off at school
- Play and be active together
- Monitor and care for the individual during evening sleep hours
- Facilitate rest and structure in daily life
Requirements
- Driver's license (Class B)
- Good Norwegian language skills and understanding
- Clean criminal record
- Motivation to work with children
- Ability to work extra hours during autumn, winter, and summer holidays
- Personal suitability and warmth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health, care, or working with children
- Access to a personal car
