BPA Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide practical assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and daily routines
• Assist with mobility, movement, and physical facilitation
• Monitor respiratory support and secretion mobilization equipment
• Assist with tube feeding (sondeernæring)
• Perform cooking and other practical household tasks
• Maintain and follow up on technical aids and equipment
• Drive the employer to appointments, activities, and other errands

Requirements

• Driver's license (Class B) with comfort driving manual transmission
• Good physical fitness for mobility assistance tasks
• Ability to perceive and understand speech, even when communication requires extra attention
• Proficiency in a Scandinavian language or English
• Responsible, structured, and comfortable following established routines
• Ability to adapt when plans change

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with technical medical aids
• Ability to work independently while accepting guidance
