Box Office Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage daily and nightly Box Office operations, including Will Call, Guest List, ticket sales, and scanning.
• Supervise, train, and support Box Office staff to ensure a positive team environment and high service standards.
• Oversee financial controls, including balancing seller cash drawers and assisting with the reconciliation of ticket sales.
• Manage ticket inventory, pricing initiatives, and customer database files within a secure ticketing environment.
• Coordinate with various departments, including VIP/Premium Sales, Operations, and Guest Services, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Act as a secondary representative for venue interactions with Ticketmaster and interact with artists, management, and tour accountants.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Box Office or Ticketing Management.
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience supervising teams.
• Extensive experience in cash handling and financial reconciliation.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• High School Diploma.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a live entertainment or venue operation environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience identifying and handling counterfeit currency.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and professional email etiquette skills.
