Box Office Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage daily and nightly Box Office operations, including Will Call, Guest List, and ticket scanning
• Supervise, train, and support box office staff to ensure a positive team environment
• Oversee financial reconciliation, including balancing seller cash drawers and assisting with daily sales accounting
• Manage ticket inventory, pricing initiatives, and customer database files within a secure ticketing environment
• Facilitate communication between the Box Office, venue departments, and external partners like Ticketmaster
• Provide superior customer service and handle guest interactions and troubleshooting needs

Requirements

• Experience in Box Office or Ticketing Management
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Strong cash handling and financial reconciliation skills
• Excellent customer service experience
• High School Diploma
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a live entertainment or venue environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience handling counterfeit cash
• Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication etiquette
