About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and polite manner
- Assist customers with ticket selection and purchase
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Navigate ticketing systems
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of ticket scanners
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in customer service roles (e.g., concierge, event planning, hospitality)
- Ability to operate a computer and learn new ticketing software
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Ability to work weekends, weekdays, weeknights, and holidays
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance in business casual attire
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
