Boutique Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support overall boutique operations, including daily administrative opening and closing procedures
• Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accurate paperwork is submitted to Corporate Offices
• Oversee inventory control processes to prevent stock loss and ensure stock integrity
• Manage boutique operations in compliance with Brand and Group policies and procedures
• Maintain strong partnerships with local Finance, Audit, and Security teams
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain boutique standards (cleaning, flowers, maintenance)
• Participate in CRM and clienteling initiatives to support business development
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring the integrity of the Maison's image and rituals

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to handle physical requirements of the role

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• 2+ years of experience in luxury product sales (watches or high-value goods)
• Previous exposure to SAP
