Boutique Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure permanent accuracy of in-store stock and organize weekly/monthly cycle counts
• Maintain efficient organization of the stockroom and on-the-floor inventory
• Manage the reception of deliveries from the central warehouse and perform quality controls
• Oversee stock transfers between stores and manage end-of-season returns
• Provide administrative support for shipping documents, VAT documents, and courier bookings
• Support the Boutique Director in updating operating procedures for stocks, cash desk, and security
• Participate in team briefings to share operational updates regarding deliveries and stock
• Complete store supply orders and ensure compliance with Richemont processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales; luxury or jewelry sales experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20lb regularly
• Ability to bend, reach, and occasionally use a ladder to access products
