About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all boutique operations including sales, payments, inventory, expenses, and security.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve boutique budget and sales targets.
- Plan and execute off-site events, client hospitality, and external sales activities.
- Lead and develop the team through recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and goal setting.
- Maintain the highest level of luxury customer service and act as a role model for the staff.
- Analyze sales trends and customer needs to provide regular reports to the office.
- Handle after-sales service and customer complaints in accordance with company regulations.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Strong sales planning and budget management capabilities.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional luxury customer service.
- High level of integrity and ability to lead by example.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with luxury brands.
