About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive boutique performance and profitability by ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met
- Manage and motivate the boutique team through recruitment, training, and performance reviews
- Maintain brand image through meticulous visual merchandising and boutique presentation
- Oversee boutique operations, including inventory management, administration, and back-office supervision
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and manage the customer database
- Conduct store buys in the Paris showroom and manage buying budgets based on sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in boutique management, specifically within the luxury retail sector
- Strong leadership and people development skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of the CEGID store operating system is a plus
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends
- A strong customer service approach and existing client relationships in the London area
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional languages are a plus
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to take initiative
