Responsibilities
- Drive sales by implementing strategic initiatives and leading the team to achieve targets
- Master sales techniques and serve clients directly 80% of the time
- Deliver an elevated luxury experience and expert styling advice
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies and proactive outreach
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance reports and KPIs
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and displaying products
- Motivate, coach, and mentor team members through regular performance reviews
- Oversee staff scheduling and day-to-day boutique operations
- Ensure impeccable merchandising and adherence to visual directives
- Plan and execute high-touch VIP events to drive engagement
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales management or sales experience
- Experience in the jewelry or accessories industry preferred
- Proven success in a luxury retail environment
- Ability to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Advanced selling, closing, and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales presentations and rapport-building
- Strong understanding of luxury market trends and competitor activity
