Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales team, managing individual and collective performance through regular feedback and training.

- Manage boutique operations, including cash flow, administrative controls, and financial management.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays, counters, and sales floors follow brand guidelines.
- Maintain inventory integrity through weekly organization and verification of stock by category, size, and product age.
- Analyze KPIs to monitor business health and implement strategic improvements.
Requirements
- Higher education degree (Ensino Superior Completo).
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Expertise in strategic planning and brand strategy.
- Knowledge of market intelligence, competition, and CRM segmentation strategies.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
