Responsibilities

  • Manage boutique operations, including cash flow, administrative controls, and financial management.
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays, counters, and sales floors follow brand guidelines.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through weekly organization and verification of stock by category, size, and product age.
  • Analyze KPIs to monitor business health and implement strategic improvements.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree (Ensino Superior Completo).
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Expertise in strategic planning and brand strategy.
  • Knowledge of market intelligence, competition, and CRM segmentation strategies.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
