Boutique Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual boutique sales and KPI targets set by the brand
• Set individual, weekly, and daily sales targets for all sales staff and provide daily motivation
• Analyze business trends and needs to submit regular performance reports
• Support staff growth through training, performance evaluation, and coaching to maximize potential
• Ensure team compliance with company customer service standards, policies, and procedures
• Propose events and advertising initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Manage boutique inventory levels to efficiently meet customer needs
• Oversee boutique operations including deliveries, repairs, customer data management, and security
• Execute visual merchandising and branding instructions from headquarters
• Drive VIP customer acquisition and high-value sales

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in the luxury goods industry
• Strong general education and professional etiquette
• Ability to manage and measure KPIs effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the retail industry
• 3+ years of experience specifically as a Boutique Manager within a luxury brand
• Proficiency in English for email correspondence
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a results-oriented mindset
• Strong networking skills and ability to build professional relationships
