Boutique Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial activity by developing turnover and achieving monthly sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer reception and follow-up to build brand loyalty
• Manage store presentation and merchandising, including commercial animations and maintaining an attractive point of sale
• Oversee stock management, including receiving goods, labeling, securing items, and reporting anomalies
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain liaison between the boutique and headquarters, suppliers, and security
• Lead and support the boutique team, including recruitment and onboarding of new employees

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar retail management role
• Fluency in English is required
• Proven expertise in sales management and team leadership
• Strong merchandising skills and ability to maintain premium brand standards
