Boutique Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Drive commercial performance through strategic planning and daily coaching of team sales behaviors.
• Implement personalized one-on-one sales ceremonies tailored to high-net-worth clients and collectors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, concierge partnerships, and private clienteling.
• Build, manage, and nurture a loyal client database with a focus on VIP clientele.
• Organize and host exclusive events and private appointments to strengthen client engagement.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of sales advisors to deliver an exceptional luxury experience.
• Oversee daily boutique operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and CRM compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury retail management position.
• Proven experience in high-end watches, jewellery, or fashion.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and managing VIP client portfolios.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a refined sense of luxury service.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, result-driven approach.
• A genuine passion for horology, luxury, and brand storytelling.
