Boutique Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and operational excellence of the Old Bond Street boutique and the private Club 1755.
• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with Vacheron Constantin's global retail objectives.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients and collectors.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through bespoke clienteling strategies and high-profile brand activations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, client-centric team through coaching and professional development.
• Oversee flawless boutique operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and security.
• Act as a primary brand ambassador, representing the Maison's heritage and craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail management.
• At least 7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing a flagship or high-value boutique.
• Proven track record of driving significant sales growth in high-value luxury segments.
• Expertise in UHNW/HNW client relationship management and bespoke clienteling.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and retaining high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Mayfair luxury environment and local client communities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Deep knowledge of the luxury watch industry and Vacheron Constantin's heritage.
• Experience managing private lounge or exclusive club environments.
