Boutique Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and tidy displays
• Restock merchandise and ensure a clean atmosphere
• Assist with inventory management
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Good command of English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using a point-of-sale (POS) system
