Responsibilities

• Greeting all guests with a warm and professional demeanor
• Providing detailed information about products, materials, and brand history
• Managing sales transactions with precision and efficiency
• Maintaining the order and elegant display of the boutique
• Assisting with inventory management and merchandise replenishment
• Contributing to creating an inviting atmosphere and a memorable shopping experience
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Boutique Assistant, or in a similar customer facing role
• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality environment preferred
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, proactive, and courteous personality
• Fluent in Italian and English
