Boutique Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Associates and the Sales Manager in delivering an exceptional client experience
• Manage daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies such as shopping bags and wrapping paper
• Oversee morning jewelry setup, evening jewelry pulling, and backstock maintenance
• Greet clients and assist with reception duties to ensure high-quality service
• Maintain merchandise in proper condition through partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators
• Uphold the Maison's image by following the Service Charter and professional protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP software
• Fluency in multiple languages to assist a diverse international clientele
