Boutique Assistant

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all customers to reduce waiting times and enhance the boutique experience
• Support Sales Associates during customer interactions to contribute to business goals
• Assist with daily boutique operations, including preparing workspaces and products
• Support the payment process and other administrative tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service through boutique activities such as engraving and shining services
• Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in daily operations

Requirements

• Experience working in a retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A dynamic, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service and hospitality
