Boutique Assistant

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador to promote the Maison's identity and expertise
• Greet and welcome all customers to minimize waiting times and enhance the boutique experience
• Support Sales Associates during customer interactions to contribute to business goals
• Manage daily boutique operations, including workspace preparation and product presentation
• Assist with the payment process and administrative tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service through specialized activities such as engraving and shining services
• Contribute to a positive team environment through proactive participation in daily tasks
